We regularly update our pool of carers – if you are having problems, just call a Care Advisor, and they’ll be happy to help. We have bright en-suite bedrooms in Chaucer House which lead onto a separate bathroom area. The rooms can be personalised by residents with items and their own furniture. Our onsite salon and therapy room offers many treatments including hairdressing, nail manicures, and also other wellbeing treatments. We have a large dining area on each of our suites that provide nutritious, hydrating, and comforting food.

Following a risk assessment, our care home has made the decision to remove the universal wearing of masks. It is a personal choice whether visitors still wish to wear a mask and people receiving care can ask staff to wear face masks; our staff will continue to work in whichever way makes our residents most comfortable. Our en-suite wet rooms feature accessible facilities including large power showers, luxury hand basins contain plenty of space for toiletries and decorations, allowing residents privacy and comfort. We have a large well maintained garden with plenty of mature trees, plants, and shrubs. Our garden has many zones from secluded hard paved patio’s to more tranquil grassed areas.
